As a Medical Representative at Butame Pharma based in Patna, you will play a vital role in promoting our pharmaceutical products and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals. This position requires a dynamic and results-driven individual who can contribute to the achievement of sales targets and the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Field Visits**:

- Regularly visit doctors, chemists, and stockists to promote and detail our pharmaceutical products.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with healthcare professionals to increase brand awareness and product adoption.
- **Sales Planning and Reporting**:

- Prepare a daily plan for customer visits to maximize coverage and impact.
- Generate daily work reports, highlighting key interactions, challenges, and opportunities.
- Submit comprehensive daily reports to the manager, providing insights into market trends and competitor activities.
- **Sales Growth and Target Achievement**:

- Work towards achieving primary and secondary sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth and market share.
- **Retail Chemist Prescription Audit (RCPA)**:

- Conduct Retail Chemist Prescription Audit to understand prescription patterns and market demand.
- Provide recommendations to the management based on RCPA findings to optimize product offerings.
- **Product Knowledge and Presentation**:

- Stay updated on the features and benefits of our pharmaceutical products.
- Deliver effective presentations to healthcare professionals, highlighting the value proposition of our products.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless coordination and support.
- Participate in regular team meetings to share insights and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Ability to prepare and analyze sales reports.
- Familiarity with the healthcare landscape in Patna.

**Salary**: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- medical sales representative: 3 years (preferred)
