Job Title: Medical Representative

**Location**: Dr. Aaditya’s Rehab Centre for Autism and Developmental Delay (DARC)
**Reports to**: Sales & Marketing Manager
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Promotion & Awareness**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, therapists, and healthcare providers to promote the services of DARC.
- Organize and conduct presentations, seminars, and meetings with medical professionals to introduce DARC’s rehabilitation programs for autism and developmental delays.
- Provide scientific and service-related information to healthcare providers, ensuring they understand the benefits of the therapies offered.
- **Referral Generation**:

- Build referral networks by coordinating with hospitals, clinics, and physicians to direct patients to DARC for specialized therapies.
- Identify potential areas for growth and work on strategies to increase referrals from different sources.
- **Product Knowledge & Training**:

- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all therapeutic services and programs offered at DARC, including Primitive Reflex Integration, Sensory Motor Therapy, Functional Speech Therapy, and more.
- Stay updated on new research and therapies for autism and developmental delay to effectively communicate advancements to healthcare providers.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Prepare regular reports on sales and referral activities, including meetings with healthcare professionals, feedback received, and plans for further engagement.
- Track and document referral trends, feedback, and key performance indicators.
- **Collaboration & Teamwork**:

- Work closely with the therapy team and administrative staff at DARC to ensure smooth communication between the centre and healthcare providers.
- Attend regular meetings with the marketing and sales team to discuss strategies, results, and new initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or any related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Medical Representative, preferably in the healthcare or rehabilitation sector.
- Strong understanding of autism, developmental delays, and the types of therapies offered for these conditions is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel to meet with healthcare providers.

**Skills Required**:

- Ability to explain complex therapies in simple terms to healthcare providers.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven mindset with a passion for healthcare and helping children with developmental needs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
