Job Title: Data Entry Operator

Location: Ahmedabad, Thaltej

Department: Visa

Reporting To: Supervisor/Manager

Job Summary: The Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining information in the company’s databases and systems.
This role requires strong attention to detail, speed, and accuracy, as well as the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Experience:0-6 Months

Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update data into computer systems, databases, and spreadsheets accurately and efficiently.
Verify accuracy and completeness of information before entering it into systems.
Review and correct data discrepancies to ensure high-quality records.
Maintain organized records and files, both physical and digital.
Assist in generating reports and summaries as required by management.
Perform routine data backup and ensure data security.
Collaborate with team members and other departments for smooth workflow.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training is a plus.
Proven experience in data entry or related field is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data management software.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Good communication skills.

Work Environment:
Office-based role with standard working hours.
May require extended hours during peak periods.
