**A. Pattern Design and Creation**:
**1. **Using materials like wood, metal, or plastic to construct patterns that are durable and dimensionally accurate.

**B. Understanding Foundry Processes**:
1. Knowledge of different casting methods such as sand casting

2. Collaboration with Engineers and Foundry Workers

3. Working closely with engineers and foundry personnel to understand casting requirements and specifications.

4. Adjusting patterns based on feedback from foundry trials to optimize casting quality and efficiency.

5. Pattern Maintenance and Repair as per plan.

6. Inspecting and maintaining patterns to ensure they remain in good condition and can be reused for multiple casting runs.

7. Making repairs or modifications to patterns as needed to address wear and tear or to accommodate design changes.

**C. Quality Assurance**:
1. Checking patterns for accuracy and completeness before they are sent to the foundry for production.

2. Ensuring that patterns meet dimensional tolerances and quality standards to achieve accurate casting results.

3. Documentation and Record-Keeping

4. Maintaining detailed records of patterns, including revisions, repairs, and specifications.

5. Documenting any changes made to patterns and communicating these changes effectively to the foundry team.

**D. Safety and Efficiency**:
**1. **Adhering to safety protocols when working with materials and equipment in the pattern making process.

**2. **Implementing efficient practices to minimize waste and optimize pattern production timelines.

**E. Problem Solving and Innovation**:
**1. **Addressing technical challenges related to pattern design and casting processes.

**2. **Researching and implementing innovative techniques or materials to improve pattern quality and casting efficiency.

**F. Continuous Learning**:
1. Staying updated with advancements in foundry technology, materials, and casting techniques.

2. Participating in training programs or workshops to enhance pattern making skills and knowledge.

3. Communication and Teamwork

4. Collaborating effectively with other departments within the foundry, including production, engineering, and quality assurance.

5. Providing clear instructions and guidance to foundry personnel regarding pattern use and requirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
