We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our insurance broker firm by identifying new business opportunities, building, and nurturing client relationships, and effectively selling insurance products to meet our clients' needs.

Location: Kolkata

**Responsibilities**:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation**:

- Identify and research potential clients.
- Generate leads through various methods, including cold calls, networking events, referrals, and online resources.

2. Client Consultation**:

- Conduct comprehensive client needs assessments to determine their insurance requirements.
- Present insurance options and explain coverage details clearly to clients.
- Address client inquiries and provide timely, accurate information.

3. Sales and Closing**:

- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver customized insurance proposals.
- Close sales and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

4. Relationship Building**:

- Build and nurture long-term client relationships by providing exceptional customer service.
- Stay in regular contact with clients to review and update their insurance portfolios.

5. Market Research**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and changes in insurance regulations.
- Adapt sales strategies to stay competitive in the market.

6. Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and transactions.
- Complete paperwork and documentation related to insurance policies and client accounts.

Qualifications**:

- Proven track record in insurance sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
