Offset Printing Supervisor

Location: Rai, Sonipat

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Supervision and Leadership**:

- Lead and supervise the offset printing team, including operators and assistants.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to ensure high performance and adherence to quality standards.
- Schedule and coordinate daily work assignments to meet production targets and deadlines.
- **Production Management**:

- Oversee the setup, operation, and maintenance of offset printing presses.
- Ensure proper calibration and adjustment of printing equipment for optimal performance.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met and maintained.
- Troubleshoot and resolve printing issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct regular quality checks on printed materials to ensure they meet customer specifications and industry standards.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures and protocols.
- Address and rectify any quality-related issues or defects in a timely manner.
- **Workflow Optimization**:

- Develop and implement efficient workflow processes to maximize productivity.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the production team to streamline operations and reduce waste.
- **Inventory and Resource Management**:

- Manage inventory levels of printing materials and supplies.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of necessary materials.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory usage and order supplies as needed.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Promote a safe working environment and conduct regular safety training for the team.
- Address any safety concerns or incidents promptly and effectively.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
