Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise the daily operations of the packing team to ensure high productivity and quality standards.
- Ensure that packing processes follow safety guidelines and operational protocols.
- Monitor and manage packing line processes, ensuring correct packaging techniques are followed to meet product specifications.
- Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure timely packaging and dispatch of printed materials.
- Review packing output to ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Maintain inventory and packing supplies, ensuring that there is no shortage of required materials.
- Handle team scheduling, assigning tasks, and ensuring that deadlines are met efficiently.
- Implement improvements in packing processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Provide training and guidance to packing staff to improve skills and ensure adherence to company standards.
- Communicate effectively with management and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a packing or supervisory role within the printing industry.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Strong understanding of the printing line process and packaging techniques.
- **Leadership**: Proven ability to manage and motivate a team to meet tight deadlines.
- **Computer Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet tools for basic data processing and reporting.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively coordinate with various teams.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify issues and implement corrective actions to ensure smooth operations.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ensure products are packaged accurately and meet quality standards.
- **Time Management**: Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
