Post Press Supervisor Position Post Press Supervisor Department Printing Packaging Production Experience Required 3-7 years Location Barhi Sonipat Salary 30-70k Job Summary The Post Press Supervisor is responsible for managing all post-press finishing processes including cutting binding folding lamination die-cutting packing and quality checks The role ensures smooth workflow timely job completion and effective manpower management Key Responsibilities Supervise daily post-press operations such as cutting folding stitching lamination die-cutting and binding Assign work to machine operators and helpers based on job priority Ensure all post-press jobs are completed on time and meet quality standards Monitor machine performance and coordinate with maintenance teams when required Maintain production records job cards and daily output reports Check material usage to avoid wastage and ensure efficient workflow Conduct quality checks at each stage of the finishing process Coordinate with printing production and dispatch teams for smooth operations Train new operators and guide the team on proper machine handling Maintain workplace safety cleanliness and compliance with company policies Skills Competencies Strong technical knowledge of post-press machines Guillotine Cutting Machine Folder Stitcher Perfect Binder Die Cutter Lamination Machine etc Good leadership and team-handling skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Problem-solving and decision-making ability Understanding of print quality standards and finishing techniques Time management and production planning skillsEducation Qualification ITI Diploma in Printing Technology preferred OR relevant experience in post-press operations Job Type Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
