**Overall Store Management**: Oversee the overall functioning of the store, ensuring smooth operations.
Develop and implement store policies and procedures.

**Inventory Management**: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring that the store has an adequate supply of facade materials and products.
Conduct regular inventory audits to minimize discrepancies and losses.

**Staff Supervision and Development**: Recruit, train, and supervise store staff.
Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
Create a positive and productive work environment.

**Budgeting and Financial Management**: Develop and manage the store budget.
Monitor expenses, analyze financial reports, and implement cost-control measures.

**Vendor Relations**:Negotiate with suppliers and manage vendor relationships.
Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of facade materials.

**Visual Merchandising**:Oversee the layout and presentation of merchandise in the store to optimize sales.
Implement visual merchandising strategies to attract customers.

**Compliance and Safety**:Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Implement safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.

**Reporting**:Prepare and submit regular reports on store performance, sales, and inventory.

**Problem Resolution**:Address issues or conflicts that arise within the store, whether among staff or with customers.
Take necessary steps to resolve problems and improve overall store performance.

**Market Analysis**:Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
Provide insights and recommendations for adapting the store's strategies.

**Communication**:Effectively communicate with other departments within the facade company.
Relay important information to staff and ensure clear communication channels.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
