**Experience Required**: 1-4 years in PPC / Digital Ads management

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Regularly audit and optimize Google Ads accounts to maximize performance.
- Focus on improving CTR, conversions, and ROI across campaigns.
- Collaborate with content and web teams to enhance landing pages for better results.
- Share detailed Google Ads performance reports every 15 days.
- Maintain high-quality client communication, addressing key metrics and each client’s unique definition of success.
- Schedule and manage telephonic meetings with Google Ads team and customers.
- Manage Meta Ads campaigns with proven strategies.
- Measure and analyze ROI as per goals set with clients.
- Assist sales team with presentations when needed.
- Support the web team with pre/post-launch SEO tasks to ensure overall client success.
- Conduct monthly campaign evaluation with actionable insights.

**Preferred Skills & Qualifications**:

- 1-4 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads management.
- Strong analytical mindset with proven ROI-driven campaign management.
- Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications (a strong plus).
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Team player with a client-first attitude.
