**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Site Supervision**:

- Oversee daily operations at the construction site to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.
- Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and labourers, ensuring adherence to quality standards and compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate materials delivery and manage site resources to avoid any delays or interruptions.
- Regularly communicate with project managers and architects regarding project timelines, budget adherence, and any changes in scope.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and address issues promptly.

2. **Bungalow Maintenance**:

- Manage routine maintenance and repair tasks for bungalows, including plumbing, electrical, and structural issues.
- Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance tasks to keep the property in optimal condition.
- Ensure that all maintenance work meets quality standards and is completed on time.
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repair and maintenance services when required.

3. **Qualifications**
- Proven experience in supervising construction sites, particularly in residential projects or bungalows.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with an eye for detail.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Basic understanding of maintenance tasks related to electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
