_**BAMS+MD Or DCH with experience of working in pediatric ward & NICU**_
- **Patient Care**_

1. Daily Clinical rounds of all patients admitted in ICU complex and updating the case file and clinical notes.

2. Performing bed side procedures as informed by treating consultants/HOD - ICU

3. Taking blood samples, sending to labs and obtaining the reports on time

4. Inform to the seniors, if any reports /values/parameters are grossly abnormal.

5. Immediate response to code (e.g. code blue) announcements in the hospital

6. Giving psychological support and periodic counselling to the patient & their relatives.
- **Administration related responsibilities**_

1. Attend patient on admission & inform the senior resident/ consultant immediately.

2. Note the detailed history of the patient

3. Assist in performing the procedures - LP tracheotomy, tapping and catheterization

4. Take rounds and inform seniors and consultants regarding patient’s condition daily irrespective of their status, and as and when deemed necessary.

5. Confirm OT bookings.

6. Receive the patient after surgery.

7. Inform consultant regarding admissions and update them about patient’s status.

8. Inform ward sister about new admission and coordinate with consultants about immediate care plan.

9. Convey health status of the patient to referred doctor.

10. Accompany patient for investigations like imaging, procedures etc.

11. Take the individual round and record vitals.

12. Help shifting and positioning of the patient in some specific surgeries.

13. Prepare discharge summary.

14. Attend all formalities with regard to discharge.

15. At the time of discharge give prescription and give necessary instructions about home care.

16. Attend ambulance call as & when needed. Arrange for ambulance service at the time of discharge.

17. Coordinate with consultants regarding signing of daily notes, drug sheets and care plans.

18. Attend all training programs, mock drills & complete vaccination schedule when applicable

19. Indent order-Pharmacy & Lab

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
