We are seeking dynamic and persuasive Tele Sales Callers to join our subscription business team. As a Tele Sales Caller, you will play a vital role in driving sales and revenue growth by promoting and selling our subscription products or services over the phone. You will engage with potential customers, build relationships, and effectively communicate the value and benefits of our subscriptions to drive conversions and achieve sales targets.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Outbound sales calls**: Make outbound calls to potential customers who have shown interest or are likely to be interested in our subscription products or services. Initiate conversations, introduce the subscription offerings, and highlight their value propositions.
- **Product knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our subscription products or services, including their features, benefits, pricing, and any promotional offers. Stay updated on new releases, enhancements, and changes to effectively convey the value to potential customers.
- **Customer engagement and relationship building**: Engage potential customers in meaningful conversations to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points. Build rapport and establish positive relationships by actively listening, addressing their concerns, and providing personalized solutions.
- **Sales pitch and objection handling**: Present compelling sales pitches that effectively communicate the value and benefits of our subscriptions. Address potential customer objections, concerns, and hesitations, providing accurate information and positioning our offerings as solutions to their needs.
- **Achieve sales targets**: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets by consistently converting potential customers into subscribers. Follow sales scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent messaging and effective sales techniques.
- **CRM and sales tracking**: Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to document customer interactions, update contact information, and track sales progress. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer feedback, and any follow-up requirements.
- **Collaboration and coordination**: Collaborate with the sales team, marketing team, and other relevant stakeholders to align sales efforts with overall business goals. Provide feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor insights to enhance sales strategies and product positioning.
- **Continuous learning and improvement**: Stay updated on industry trends, sales techniques, and product knowledge. Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance sales skills and stay ahead of competition.
**Education & Skillsets**:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in telemarketing or tele sales, preferably in a subscription-based business or BFSI.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage customers over the phone.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close sales effectively.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using sales tracking tools.
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate sales databases and systems.
- Resilience, perseverance, and a positive attitude in handling sales challenges and rejection.
- Fluency in written and spoken language(s) required for customer interactions.
- Ethical conduct and compliance with relevant telemarketing regulations and guidelines.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
