**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Maintenance & Repairs**:

- Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, brake repairs, tire rotations, and engine diagnostics on commercial vehicles.
- **Troubleshooting & Diagnostics**:
Use advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to identify mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues in vehicles. Ensure accurate assessments of malfunctions and provide effective solutions. Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, drivetrains, and other essential vehicle systems. Service and repair suspension, steering, and chassis components to maintain vehicle performance and safety. Inspect, maintain, and repair vehicle electrical systems, including batteries, alternators, and lighting. Ensure all repairs and services are performed in compliance with relevant safety regulations and industry standards. Conduct pre
- and post-service inspections for safety and functionality. Communicate clearly with customers regarding the condition of their vehicles, required repairs, and service recommendations. Maintain accurate records of all services and repairs performed on vehicles, including time logs, parts used, and repair descriptions. Manage inventory and order replacement parts as necessary, ensuring all parts meet manufacturer specifications.
