**Job Summary**

**Leapstart School of Technology** is seeking a creative and energetic **Content Creation Intern** to join our marketing team. This is a hands-on role that blends content creation, video production, and on-camera storytelling to connect with our student and tech-driven audience.

**About the Role**

We are looking for a proactive and multi-skilled Social Media Intern to join our marketing team. This role involves

working hands-on in content execution, video production, and performance-driven storytelling while ensuring

in front of the camera, contributing to engaging content for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and more.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Content Development & Execution**
- Draft engaging short-form scripts and copy for videos, reels, and social media posts.
- Assist in planning and producing video content; support in shoot setup and on-camera presentation.
- Edit video content using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent.
- Design static and animated creatives using Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, or similar tools.

**Channel Management**
- Manage publishing workflows across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Maintain a structured content calendar ensuring brand consistency and timely execution.
- Monitor social platforms to respond to comments, messages, and mentions in real-time.

**Research & Insights**
- Conduct trend research to identify content opportunities aligned with evolving platform algorithms.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare basic performance reports.
- Support analytics tracking to inform data-driven content decisions.

Collaboration
- Liaise with internal teams including marketing, design, and production for content alignment.
- Contribute to brainstorms and ideation sessions for upcoming campaigns and initiatives.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Media, Communication, Marketing, Design, or a related

discipline.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills tailored for digital and video-first formats.
- Basic videography skills using smartphones or DSLR cameras.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of graphic design tools like Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, etc.
- Familiarity with social media best practices and emerging trends.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a cross-functional team environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, etc.).
- Portfolio or samples showcasing prior work in content creation or digital storytelling.
- Prior exposure to or interest in education, technology, or AI/ML content domains.
