Make a calls to potential or existing customers
- Provide information about products/services
- Answer customer queries and resolve issues through expert’s opinion
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales Meeting
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Update customer information in the CRM system
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets
- Follow up with leads and customers to ensure satisfaction

**Education**: Graduate, diploma or equivalent (a degree in relevant fields may be preferred)

**Experience**:

- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel, CRM Software
- Previous experience as a Telecaller or in a similar customer service/sales role (preferred)

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Previous experience in customer service or telesales
- Ability to handle customer objections and rejections
- Knowledge of specific industry/product knowledge if required

**Salary**: Negotiable

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹12,000.00 per month
