We are searching for an engaged telecaller to boost services by reaching out to current and possible clients.
Telecaller Responsibilities:
- Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of our service.
- Obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details.
- Converting calls to sales.
- Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
- Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to convert sales.
Telecaller Requirements:
- Prior experience as a telecaller or similar.
- Completion of a sales-related training program is preferred.
- Experience in the medical field is preferred.
- Exposure to diverse viewpoints, cultural norms, and experiences.
- Superb verbal communication.
- Ability to switch your communication style on a whim.
- Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
- Capacity to receive critique without internalizing it
- Good knowledge on MS office
- Ability to work in pressure
- Should be able to update reports on time
- Team Work strength is required
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Kankurgachi, Kolkata - 700054, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
