**We're Hiring: Fundraising Coordinator**
- Location: Santacruz, Mumbai_

**SNEHA** (Society for Nutrition, Education and Health Action) is a Mumbai-based non-profit working to improve the health, nutrition, and safety of vulnerable women and children. With 450+ staff and a presence across MMR, we drive impactful change at the grassroots and policy level.

**About the Role**

We’re looking for a dynamic, target-driven professional with a background in **marketing, sales, or business development** to join our fundraising team. If you’re great at building relationships, pitching ideas, and managing stakeholder engagement — this is your chance to create meaningful impact

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and pitch to CSR partners, foundations, HNIs, and retail donors
- Coordinate proposals, donor communications, reports & follow-ups
- Lead fundraising campaigns, crowdfunding, and donor events
- Manage donor database, support site visits, and volunteer engagement
- Work cross-functionally with programs, finance, and communications teams

**What We’re Looking For**
- Postgraduate with 3-4 years’ experience in **sales, marketing, fundraising, or business development**:

- Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills
- Strong organizational skills with a results-driven mindset
- Comfortable using MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM systems

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹44,000.00 per month
