**Responsibilities**:

- **Inbound Sales**: Handle incoming inquiries from customers interested in our pilgrimage packages.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions.
- **Sales Pitch**: Develop persuasive sales pitches to promote our pilgrimage packages, highlighting the benefits and value proposition.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate customer records and sales data in our CRM system.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify potential customer segments and trends.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Persuasive and convincing sales techniques.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Knowledge of the travel industry and pilgrimage tourism is a plus.
