A global live-learning edtech platform for kids from 6 to 16 years to learn next-gen life skills such as Coding, Financial Literacy, Communication Skills and Robotics. **Acquisitions**: Almost 3 years from commencement and we already have made 3 acquisitions. WOOHOO Education10x, which was our first acquisition, has already scaled more than 10x, in just 6 months, with their expert delivery in courses on financial literacy. Schola, our second prized acquisition, is all set to create an impact across the SEA group. With the most recent acquisition of Metamorphosis Edu, BrightCHAMPS has entered the B2B arena. Metamorphosis Edu partners with schools across India to train students in skills linked to entrepreneurship. The startup also helps its clients come to grips with the National Education Policy (NEP). While Metamorphosis Edu has so far focused on setting up entrepreneurship cells in schools to teach its courses, as the B2B arm of BrighCHAMPS, it plans to introduce more skill-based learning courses.

**What is this role about?**

performance marketing, brochures, website banners, etc.

⭐Ensure graphics are aligned with our brand guidelines and messaging

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Design Creation**:

- Develop visually engaging posters, ads, and carousels for the marketing team and sales initiatives.
- Create graphics that align with the EdTech industry standards and target audience needs.
- Design layouts for various platforms, including web, social media, and print.

**Software Proficiency**:

- Utilize Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for high-quality designs.
- Work with Canva for quick, effective designs when needed.
- Use Figma for design collaboration and UI/UX-based tasks.
- Craft unique illustrations for creative and marketing campaigns.

**Collaboration and Feedback**:

- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure designs meet campaign goals.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.

**EdTech Industry Focus**:

- Stay updated on the latest trends in the EdTech space to create designs that resonate with the target audience.
- Ensure all designs align with the brand's mission of transforming education through technology.
