**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities and Duties**

**1. Inventory Management**:

- Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing raw materials, tools, and other supplies used in manufacturing.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and report stock shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor or warehouse manager.
- Ensure proper labeling and identification of all materials and products.
- Conduct regular stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Track the movement of materials from the warehouse to production areas and vice versa.

**2. Material Handling**:

- Assist in loading and unloading materials and supplies.
- Transport materials to the appropriate production areas or departments.
- Ensure proper storage conditions (e.g., temperature-sensitive or hazardous materials) to maintain product quality.

**3.** **Support Manufacturing Operations**:

- Ensure that production lines have the necessary materials and supplies at all times to avoid delays.
- Monitor the usage of materials in production and ensure that replenishments are timely.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure they have the right quantities and types of materials.
- Assist in organizing and cleaning the warehouse and storage areas to maintain safety and efficiency.

**4.** **Health and Safety**:

- Follow safety procedures and guidelines when handling materials, equipment, and machinery.
- Ensure that the storage area is clean and organized to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Follow health and safety regulations specific to manufacturing environments.

**5.** **Stock Replenishment**:

- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Help with stock rotation, ensuring that older stock is used first to avoid material waste.
- Prepare and assist in restocking materials as per production schedules.

6. **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials and supplies.
- Update inventory management systems with stock levels, order details, and material usage.
- Report on any discrepancies or issues related to stock or equipment to the warehouse or production supervisor.

7. **Quality Control**:

- Inspect materials for any defects or damages before being used in the production process.
- Assist in ensuring materials meet quality standards and specifications required for production.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
