**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented **Purchase and Store Executive** to join our team in the automobile industry. This role is responsible for managing the procurement process, handling vendor relationships, ensuring timely material deliveries, and overseeing the storage and inventory management of automotive parts and components.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Procurement Management**:

- Responsible for consumables and non-consumables items.
- Ensure that procurement processes align with company policies and industry standards.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality standards.
- Maintain a database of preferred suppliers and regularly assess their performance.
- Track and monitor purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
- **Inventory & Store Management**:

- Manage the inventory of spare parts and raw materials, ensuring that stock levels are adequate to meet production demands without overstocking.
- Monitor stock movement and ensure proper storage and handling of parts and materials in the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, receipts, and issues.
- Ensure the correct labeling and organization of parts to facilitate easy access and minimize errors.
- Conduct regular stock audits and inventory reconciliation.
- Report and resolve any discrepancies in stock levels and update stock records accordingly.
- **Documentation & Compliance**:

- Prepare and maintain procurement and inventory reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and safety guidelines in all procurement and storage activities.
- Maintain records of purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements.
- Assist in preparing documentation for audits as required.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Propose and implement cost-saving initiatives within procurement and storage functions.
- Stay updated with market trends, new suppliers, and better sourcing practices.
- Assist in optimizing procurement and inventory management processes to increase efficiency.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or Technical -Mechanical background.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement and store management in the automobile or manufacturing industry.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with ERP systems for inventory and procurement management.
- **Knowledge**:

- Understanding of automotive parts, tools, and components.
- Knowledge of inventory management techniques and practices.
- **Skills**:

- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and move items within the warehouse as necessary.
- Ability to work in a warehouse or store environment with exposure to various materials and machinery.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,359.92 - ₹37,557.05 per month
