We are looking for an ambitious, creative, and experienced Graphic Designer.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and produce event materials, including show guides, banners, delegate badges, and signage, ensuring alignment with brand standards and event themes
- Create engaging visuals for social media platforms to promote events and enhance audience engagement
- Design website visuals, including banners and graphics, to improve user experience and promote events effectively
- Collaborate with marketing and events teams to understand project goals and deliver design solutions that meet objectives
- Stay updated on design trends and best practices to continuously enhance creative output
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines
- Graduated to degree level or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with other design tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, design skills, and diverse project experience
- Ability to work under pressure and meet demanding deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual composition
- Strong initiative and ability to take ownership of projects, showing a proactive attitude
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to effectively collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders at all levels

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
