We’re on the hunt for a **multi-talented Graphic Designer & Social Media Executive** who can create eye-catching designs, produce engaging short videos, manage our social presence, and lead a small creative team to success.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Design & Content Creation**
- Create visually appealing graphics, creatives, and layouts for various social media platforms.
- Produce engaging reels and short-form videos that align with trending formats.
- Edit photos and videos for maximum impact.

**Social Media Management**
- Plan and maintain the monthly social media content calendar.
- Schedule and publish posts consistently across all platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest trends to keep content fresh and relevant.

**Team Leadership**
- Lead and guide junior designers or interns, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaign ideas.

**Brand Consistency**
- Ensure all creatives align with brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Social Media Designer, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools.
- Experience in creating and editing reels, short videos, and other engaging content formats.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, formats, and trends.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage a small team effectively.
- Good communication and creative problem-solving skills.

**Good to Have**:

- Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other design tools.
- Basic photography or videography skills.
- Understanding of content marketing principles.
