Job Title: Production Executive

Job Summary:
The Production Executive is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process, ensuring that production goals are met in a timely and cost-effective manner. They monitor production operations, optimize processes, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and coordinate with other departments to streamline production activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Production Planning and Execution:
Assist in planning, organizing, and managing production schedules to meet customer orders and deadlines.

Monitor production output and ensure adherence to quality standards, production targets, and efficiency metrics.

Coordinate the availability of raw materials, equipment, and manpower to ensure seamless production operations.

Process Optimization:
Continuously assess production processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvement, cost reduction, and waste minimization.

Collaborate with the engineering and maintenance teams to implement process changes and upgrades.

Quality Control:
Ensure that all products meet the required quality specifications.

Work closely with the quality control team to resolve production-related quality issues.

Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) in case of deviations or quality concerns.

Team Leadership:
Supervise production staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the production team.

Inventory and Resource Management:
Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods to ensure sufficient stock for uninterrupted production.

Work with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.

Compliance and Safety:
Ensure production activities comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory standards (ISO, FDA, etc.).

Implement and enforce workplace safety procedures and policies to create a safe working environment.

Conduct routine safety audits, and ensure all production staff use proper protective equipment (PPE).

Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate production reports, including output, downtime, and any issues encountered during production.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management review.

Ensure documentation is maintained in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments such as Quality Assurance, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth production processes.

Participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss production goals, challenges, and continuous improvement strategies.

**Requirements**:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.

Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment, with experience in a leadership or supervisory role.

Technical Skills:
Knowledge of production management and processes.

Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and techniques.

Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.

Soft Skills:
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Attention to detail and focus on quality.

Pay: ₹9,988.57 - ₹49,925.76 per month
