Civil Supervisor
- **Position Overview**:_
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Supervise daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and workflow.
- Monitor construction progress and quality, conducting regular inspections and audits.
- Manage site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize efficiency and minimize delays.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily reports, schedules, and budgets.
- Identify potential issues and implement solutions to prevent project delays or cost overruns.
- Ensure all health and safety policies are adhered to, conducting safety meetings and training as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Foster a collaborative and positive working environment among team members and subcontractors.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor or in a similar role within the property development sector for 3+years.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
