An upcoming fully residential school project for 1000 children, near IIM, Joka, is looking for **Civil Supervisor**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct Preliminary Site Inspections
- Develop Cost Estimates
- Advise on Operational and Process Enhancements
- Maintain Site Documentation
- Oversee Safety Standards
- Managing parts of construction projects
- Overseeing building work
- Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
- Supervising contracted staff
- Ensuring Project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager
- Providing technical advice and solving problems on site
- Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
- Liaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering and the pricing of materials
- Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- H.S/Graduate + Minimum 12+ years of experience in civil engineering housing projects.
- Should have strong work ethics
- Should be a quick learner
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Must have excellent communication skills, good writing skills and should be able to do market research and build presentations/documents.
- Good execution skills, ability to divide the complex tasks into smaller ones and follow through to closure
- Should be a self-starter and go-getter
- Must have the ability to work under pressure and deliver in tough timelines.

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
