Operate and maintain CNC machines, drilling, and milling equipment for PCB fabrication.
- Configure tools and equipment based on job specifications.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, PCB layouts, and design specifications.
- Understand dimensions and tolerances required for PCB production.
- Select and prepare raw materials like copper-clad laminates for machining.
- Ensure proper material handling to avoid damage.
- Drill vias, mounting points, and precise holes for PCB components.
- Mill PCB substrates to achieve desired shapes and dimensions.
- Inspect machined components using calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM).
- Verify adherence to tolerances and dimensional accuracy.
- Sharpen, replace, and maintain cutting tools and other machining equipment.
- Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Identify and suggest improvements to machining processes for better efficiency.
- Collaborate with production and design teams to refine workflows.
- Follow workplace safety protocols and ensure safe machine operation.
- Adhere to industry standards and regulations for PCB manufacturing.
- Diagnose and resolve machining issues or defects during production.
- Adjust machine settings to maintain production quality.

Pay: ₹10,708.27 - ₹26,906.76 per month
