**Role Statement**:

- Visit the allotted sites daily & supervise day-to-day execution, thereby ensuring timely completion of the sites in a safe environment.
- Ensure adherence to the defined budgets, quality standards & design guidelines.

**Responsibilities**:
**Execution support**:

- In coordination with the design team, carry out pre-review of site & take measurements.
- Understand the drawings & project plan from the Project Manager.
- Assist in planning the resources to execute the project as per the plan.
- Be the custodian of drawings, layouts & other documentation at the project site.

**Material Management**
- Coordinate with the Procurement Manager for delivery of material to the site.
- Along with the Project Manager, inspect the incoming material at site to ensure adherence to the quality & design standards.
- In case of mismatch in design / quality, reject the material, send it back & inform the Project Manager about the same.
- Maintain the material inward entries & documentation.
- Ensure safe & secure storage of the material at site.
- Monitor the utilization of material & keep a stock of available inventory & utilized material.

**Monitoring & controlling**
- Carry out material & manpower entry formalities in society.
- Send the daily manpower report on the site execution group / ERP system.
- Liaising with building security & PMC.
- Coordinate with the contractors & workers for smooth execution of the project.
- Monitor the quality of work & ensure that the BNK standards (SOP adherence) are maintained during execution.
- Implementation of the drawings & details.
- In case of any deviation in drawings, get resolution through the Project Manager.
- Attend every client / contractor / vendor meetings & take notes (MOM pointers) to share with the Project Manager.
- Prepare daily photographic reports & Weekly progress reports and share the same with the Project Manager on timely basis.
- Maintain cordial relations with the workers & contractors to ensure their support throughout the project execution.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 7 years (preferred)
- SITE: 5 years (preferred)
