**The role**
We are currently seeking an experienced, results-driven, dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Social Media Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies across various platforms to enhance our online presence, engage our audience, and drive business objectives.
**Key responsibilities**
- Developing comprehensive social media plans aligned with overall marketing goals.
- Creating and curating engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Managing social media accounts, including posting content, responding to comments/messages, and monitoring activity.
- Analyzing social media metrics and performance to optimize strategies and improve results.
- Implementing paid social advertising campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and sales.
- Staying updated on social media trends, best practices, and platform updates.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as content creators, designers, and sales, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.
- Engaging with influencers and fostering partnerships to expand reach and credibility.
- Monitoring industry trends and competitors' social media activities to identify opportunities.
- Providing regular reports and insights to management on social media performance and ROI.
**Key skills and experience required**
- Content Creation: Writing, graphic design, photography, and video production.
- Social Media Management Tools: Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Canva, Illustrator.
- Analytics and Data Interpretation: Tracking performance, and identifying trends.
- Community Engagement: Strong communication to interact with followers.
- Strategic Thinking: Developing aligned social media plans.
- Paid Advertising: Managing campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads Manager.
- SEO Knowledge: Basics for optimizing content visibility.
- Creativity and Innovation: Generating unique campaign ideas.
- Adaptability: Quickly adjusting to changes in algorithms and trends.
- Collaboration: Working effectively with diverse teams and partners.
- Time Management: Organizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Branding Understanding: Maintaining consistency across channels.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
