## **Job Overview**:

## **Key Responsibilities**:
**Design Development**:

- Create detailed architectural concepts and plans based on client requirements and project objectives using **3D Max** and other design tools.
- Develop innovative architectural designs that prioritize functionality, aesthetic appeal, and sustainability.

**Space Planning**:

- Develop and optimize spatial layouts and floor plans that ensure efficient use of space while enhancing the visual appeal of interior and exterior spaces.

**Visualization**:

- Produce **realistic 3D renderings** and visualizations to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.

**Documentation**:

- Prepare detailed architectural documentation, including drawings, schedules, and specifications for construction, permitting, and installation purposes.

**Coordination**:

- Collaborate with **engineers, contractors, and other professionals** to ensure designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with **interior designers** and other team members to ensure cohesive project execution.

**Project Management**:

- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage the **construction process** to ensure design accuracy and quality of materials.

**Client Communication**:

- Regularly communicate with clients to understand their vision, provide updates, and address any feedback or concerns.
- Present design ideas and project progress in a clear and professional manner.

**Continued Learning**:

- Stay updated on **architectural trends**, **building technologies**, and advancements in **software tools** such as **SketchUp**, **Revit**, and **3D Max**.

**Problem Solving**:

- Identify and resolve design challenges and technical issues throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring project goals are met.
## **Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Architecture or related field.
- **Diploma or certification** in design software such as **Revit**, **3D Max**, and **SketchUp**.
- Strong knowledge of **architectural principles**, building materials, and construction techniques.
- Ability to **work independently** and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent **communication skills** to effectively present ideas to clients and work collaboratively with team members.
- **Self-motivated** with a keen eye for detail and commitment to quality.
## **Experience Requirements**:

- **1-2 years** of experience in **residential architecture** with experience in **commercial architecture** being an added advantage.
- Proven ability to **design independently** and manage architectural projects from concept to completion.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and handling client communications.
