**Role Description**

**Senior Architect**

This is a full-time Senior Architect role. Their tasks will include but not limited to conducting feasibility studies, developing design concepts and strategies, creating detailed drawings and specifications, collaborating with other professionals such as MEP consultants, Engineers and contractors, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

**Qualifications**
- Skills in Space Planning, Interior Design, and Interior Architecture
- Proficiency in softwares such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of collaborating with MEP consultants and Civil contractors
- Experience working on commercial and/or hospitality projects
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture
- Understanding of building structure and services
- Experience in preparing ID BOQs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
