**Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)**:

- **Project Design Development and Working Drawings**:

- Prepare detailed and accurate working drawings for interior fit-out and building design projects using Revit, ensuring adherence to company standards and project specifications.
- Lead the design development process, actively engaging team members, reviewing, and guiding the refinement of design elements to meet project and client requirements.
- Ensure comprehensive detailing, accuracy, and consistency across all drawings, creating clear and actionable documentation for construction.
- **Team Leadership and Coordination**:

- Lead and manage a team of junior architects and designers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure consistent project quality.
- Delegate tasks effectively, fostering a collaborative work environment, and ensuring team alignment with project timelines and deliverables.
- Conduct regular team meetings, setting clear goals and tracking progress to ensure accountability and productivity.
- **Consultant & Vendor Coordination**:

- Serve as the primary contact for coordination with structural, MEP, and other consultants, facilitating effective integration of designs across disciplines.
- Arrange and lead coordination meetings to resolve technical issues, promoting efficient collaboration and timely resolution of design conflicts.
- Oversee vendor coordination for material specifications, sample reviews, and delivery timelines, ensuring materials meet project standards and arrive on schedule.
- **Revit Proficiency and BIM Documentation**:

- Maintain high proficiency in Revit for 3D modeling and BIM documentation, training team members on best practices and standards where necessary.
- Implement efficient Revit workflows, leading the team in producing comprehensive and precise BIM documentation.
- **Tender and BoQ (Bill of Quantities) Preparation Support**:

- Assist in preparing tender documents and BoQ, ensuring precise quantities and alignment with project design specifications.
- Collaborate with cost consultants, procurement, and team members, contributing to cost-effective and competitive project proposals.
- **Project Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain organized project records, including working drawings, correspondence, and schedules, setting up systems for efficient team access and updates.
- Compile regular project progress reports for internal and client use, ensuring all stakeholders have clear visibility into milestones and timelines.

**Preferred Skills (Good to Have)**
- Familiarity with project budgeting and cost estimation.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
- Experience with field surveys and site visits.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
