Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Marketing Executive to join our team, focusing on the HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés), B2B, and Corporate sectors. This full-time, on-site role requires a highly motivated individual to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that promote our premium Fresh Chilled Chicken products. You will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, enhancing brand awareness, and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Development: Create and enhance awareness of our Fresh Chilled Chicken products, developing strategies to strengthen our brand in the HoReCa, B2B, and Corporate sector.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with target audiences, ensuring effective communication of our product offerings.
Marketing Strategy: Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans, including advertising, direct marketing, and promotional campaigns.
Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets, providing support in all marketing-related activities.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and emerging trends. Use this data to inform marketing strategies and identify market gaps.
Data Management: Maintain and update customer databases, prepare dashboards, and create presentations for weekly and monthly meetings.
Operational Coordination: Ensure timely delivery of products by coordinating with the logistics team and addressing any customer complaints or issues promptly.
Financial Responsibility: Manage the collection and recovery of outstanding sales amounts.
**Required Skills**:
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu, with the ability to engage stakeholders both in person and online.
Negotiation: Proven ability to negotiate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Sector Experience: Prior experience in marketing within the HoReCa, FMCG, B2B, and Corporate sectors.
Problem Solving: Strong conflict resolution skills and the ability to address customer concerns efficiently.
Leadership: Ability to self-motivate and inspire the team to achieve targets.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, reporting tools, and CRM systems.
Qualifications:
Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the HoReCa, B2B, FMCG, Corporate sector.
Compensation:
**Salary**: Competitive, with industry-leading incentives and bonuses.
Additional Benefits: Fuel allowance and attractive performance-based incentives.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
