Customer Service Representative

**About the Role**
We are looking for a proactive and empathetic **Customer Support Representative** to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our users, handling queries, resolving issues, and ensuring every customer has a smooth and satisfying experience with our platform.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Troubleshoot product or service issues and guide customers to resolution
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and issues
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, product, sales) to resolve complex issues
- Proactively follow up with users to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction
- Identify trends in customer feedback to recommend improvements
- Uphold high customer satisfaction through positive engagement and service quality
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in [English and Hindi / regional languages if required]
- Strong problem-solving skills and patience in handling challenging situations
- Familiarity with support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, or similar) is a plus
- Basic understanding of mobile apps/web platforms
- Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends if needed
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline

Pay: ₹10,569.41 - ₹20,652.00 per month
Schedule:
