1. Studying and interpretation of Statutory documents related to land. New Real Estate Projects proposals for understanding issues related to title, development, plans, ownership, zone, boundaries, purchase documentation, demarcation, reservation and such other documents that will envisage purchase of potential land packages.

2. Liaison with the Collector, Tehsildar, Commissioner & get approvals on all level for new as well as old projects.

3. Expertise in Various policy based clearance with various govt. department.

Schedule:

- Weekend availability
