**Position Overview**:
SOLAR CONNECT is seeking a dynamic and experienced Liasoning Officer with expertise in dealing with DISCOM (Distribution Companies) to join our team. The Liasoning Officer will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining effective communication and relationships with DISCOM authorities to facilitate the smooth execution of solar projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **DISCOM Liasoning**:

- Act as the primary point of contact between SOLAR CONNECT and DISCOM authorities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with DISCOM officials to facilitate project approvals and clearances.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and changes related to solar projects.
- Ensure that all projects adhere to DISCOM regulations and requirements.
- **Documentation and Approvals**:

- Prepare and submit necessary documents to DISCOM for project approvals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all documentation meets DISCOM standards and requirements.
- **Issue Resolution**:

- Address and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the DISCOM approval process.
- Act as a mediator between SOLAR CONNECT and DISCOM to ensure a smooth resolution of disputes.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Cultivate positive relationships with DISCOM authorities to facilitate ongoing collaboration on current and future projects.
- Attend meetings and represent SOLAR CONNECT in DISCOM-related discussions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Energy Management, or Public Administration.
- Proven experience in liasoning with DISCOM authorities, preferably in the solar industry.
- In-depth knowledge of DISCOM regulations and approval processes.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 per month
