**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies**:
- Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns and make adjustments as needed.
- **Social Media Marketing**:
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).
- Create engaging content tailored to each platform’s audience.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns, including promotions, contests, and influencer collaborations.
- Monitor social media trends and incorporate them into the marketing strategy.
- **Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**:
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to increase organic traffic.
- Optimize website content, including landing pages, blogs, and product descriptions.
- Work with the web development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO software.
- **Content Marketing**:
- Develop and manage content marketing strategies to attract and engage target audiences.
- Create high-quality content including blogs, infographics, videos, and whitepapers.
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and other team members to produce content.
- **Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising**:
- Plan and execute PPC campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads).
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:
- Utilize web analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Generate detailed reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
- **Collaboration and Team Management**:
- Work closely with the sales, product, and design teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Manage and mentor junior digital marketing staff as required.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a digital marketing role, preferably within a similar industry.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Moz, HubSpot, and social media management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
