**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design course materials, presentations, and hands-on projects to enhance learning experiences.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes to ensure training content remains relevant.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to trainees, helping them understand digital marketing strategies and best practices.
- Conduct assessments, review assignments, and provide constructive feedback to improve trainees’ skills.
- Assist in organizing workshops, webinars, and live projects for hands-on learning experiences.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align training content with industry demands.
- Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Trainer, Digital Marketing Specialist, or in a similar role.

Hands-on experience with platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, WordPress, and marketing automation tools.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners at different skill levels.

Certification in Digital Marketing
