**Teaching & Learning**
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Telugu lessons as per the curriculum.
- Develop lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching materials that encourage interactive learning.
- Assess and monitor students’ progress through assignments, projects, and examinations.

**Student Engagement**
- Encourage reading, writing, and speaking skills in Telugu.
- Organize activities such as debates, recitations, drama, and cultural events related to the Telugu language.
- Provide extra support to students who need additional guidance.

**Curriculum & Development**
- Align teaching with school academic standards and examination requirements.
- Participate in curriculum planning and contribute to innovative teaching practices.

**Collaboration & Administration**
- Maintain student records, attendance, and performance reports.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, coordinators, and parents for student progress.
- Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.

**Professional Ethics**
- Uphold school policies and discipline in the classroom.
- Promote cultural respect, inclusivity, and values through teaching.

**Skills Description**

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telugu, Literature, or related field (B.Ed. mandatory).
- Prior teaching experience in a school setting (minimum 2-3 years preferred).
- Strong command over written and spoken Telugu.
- Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies, lesson planning, and classroom management.
- Ability to integrate technology into teaching.
