**Role Overview**

We are looking for an **MIS (Cost Focus)** professional to manage **data analysis, reporting, and cost monitoring**. The role involves developing and maintaining MIS reports, analyzing cost structures, and supporting management in cost control and business decisions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, maintain, and automate **MIS reports** for production, procurement, sales, logistics, and cost analysis.
- Track and monitor **cost structures** (raw materials, freight, packaging, manpower, etc.) and highlight variances.
- Prepare **budget vs. actual analysis**, monthly cost statements, and dashboards for management review.
- Collaborate with accounts, supply chain, and production teams to collect, validate, and analyze data.
- Provide detailed analytics to support **cost optimization and decision-making**.
- Design and improve reporting templates to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
- Present actionable insights on **profitability, cost efficiency, and pricing**.

**Key Skills & Competencies**
- Strong knowledge of **Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, dashboards, Power Query, macros preferred)**.
- Experience in **MIS reporting, cost analysis, or management reporting**.
- Ability to handle large datasets and convert them into meaningful insights.
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving orientation.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (ERPNext/SAP/Tally/others) will be an advantage.
- Effective communication and coordination skills across departments.

**Qualifications**
- Graduate/Postgraduate in **Commerce, Finance, Statistics, Economics, or related field**.
- 2-5 years of experience in **MIS/Cost Analysis/Reporting**, preferably in FMCG/Manufacturing.
