**Job Summary**
Are you a linguistic ninja with a passion for accuracy and a keen ear for detail?

Do you want to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI communication?

If so, join our team as a Language Expert (QA & QC) and help us build a smarter,
Speech to Text module.

**Responsibilities**

1. Meticulously review translated audio content, ensuring synchronization with the corresponding recorded audio.

2. Verify the accuracy of communication starting and end points in translated content, guaranteeing smooth conversational flow.

3. Analyze and assess the quality of diarization, identifying and correcting any speaker identification errors.

4. Identify and tag specific keywords and customer journey markers within translated content to provide vital data for AI model training and improvement.

5. Conduct thorough proofreading and editing of translated audio content, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and natural language flow.

6. Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to refine tagging guidelines and provide feedback on model performance.

7. Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI-powered voice technology and translation technology.

8. Contribute to continuous improvement of QA & QC processes and provide suggestions for optimizing workflows.

**Qualifications**

1. Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Translation Studies, or a related field preferred,
Master's degree is a plus.

2. **Native-level fluency **in both the source and target languages of the translated content. **Proficiency **in at least **three languages **, including **English & Hindi **and one or more Indian regional languages **(Marathi) **.

3. Minimum 2 years of experience in professional translation and/or language quality assurance.

4. Demonstrated expertise in working with audio recordings and transcribed content.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both source and target languages.

7. Proficiency in working with language technology tools like CAT tools and audio editing software is a plus.

8. Passion for technology and a deep interest in AI are highly desirable.
