Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer to support our software development team by ensuring the highest standards of quality and functionality in our SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a clear understanding of business requirements and acceptance criteria, and the ability to perform thorough QA processes. You will collaborate closely with software developers, product managers, and stakeholders to validate software functionality and ensure alignment with business needs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on detailed acceptance criteria.

• Perform manual and automated testing to identify, document, and report software defects.

• Clearly communicate QA results, defects, and recommendations to software developers and product teams.

• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective QA strategies.

• Participate actively in requirement reviews, design meetings, and agile ceremonies to ensure a QA perspective is represented.

• Perform regression testing and verify fixes to ensure software quality.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies, including test automation strategies.

• Maintain detailed documentation of QA test results and processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent professional experience).

• 5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer or in a similar software testing role.

• Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing detailed test plans and test cases.

• Experience in manual and automated software testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JIRA, Azure DevOps).

• Proficiency in understanding business requirements, Acceptance criteria, and translating these into testing procedures.

• Familiarity with agile development practices and methodologies.

• Experience working in SaaS environments or software projects involving integrations with third-party systems (Salesforce, NetSuite) is highly beneficial.

Soft Skills:
