**Job Summary**:
To perform as Scrum master for Automotive projects and ensure smooth deliveries in reference to internal and external milestones.

**Responsibilities**:

- Helping the Development Team to create high-value products
- Removing impediments to the Development Team’s progress
- Facilitating Scrum events as requested or needed
- Coaching the Development Team in organizational environments in which Scrum is not yet fully adopted and understood

**Mandatory**:

- Coaching the Development Team in self-organization and cross-functionality
- SAFe Certification **SSM/SASM** or **SAFe Agilist (SA)**:

- Helping the Development Team to create high-value products
- Removing impediments to the Development Team’s progress
- Facilitating Scrum events as requested or needed
- Coaching the Development Team in organizational environments in which Scrum is not yet fully adopted and understood
- Participate in Huddle, Lead PO - PO meeting (whenever required)
- Facilitating Scrum events as requested or needed
- In-depth knowledge in Agile methodologies, SAFE, Scrum
- Facilitate scrum ceremonies like Planning, grooming, review and retrospective.
- Remove Impediment and blocker.
- Help Product owner in maintaining the product backlog
- CSM is required

**Preferred**:

- PSM certification - Optional
- Coach the team as and when required

**Certification and eligibility**
- ** Qualification**: B.Tech / B.E or equivalent
- ** Certified**: CSM & SAFe / Equivalent certification
