**Associate - Accounting and Reporting**

**Location: Chennai**

**Department: COE**
**Vacancy type: Permanent**

**Your **responsibilities***
- Review and posting of Journal entries and other book keeping activities
- Preparation of management accounts and its schedules
- Preparation of Financial statements (including Consolidation if required) and annual statutory financial reports as well as monthly / quarterly financial report for clients
- iXBRL filings / preparation of publication accounts
- Regulatory filings as per jurisdiction requirements
- VAT /GST registration and administration
- Adherence to SOPs and TAT for all activities
- Proactively handling various client queries in a timely and professional manner
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or CA Inter (with minimum 1 year of relevant experience)
- Possess a strong concept of book-keeping and GAAP / IFRS standards
- A good team player, independent, meticulous, proactive, attentive to details, self-motivated and able to adapt in new challenges and with excellent communication skills

**Preferred Requirement**
- Proficient in Excel/MS Office
- Proficiency in accounting software -BCE
