**Job Title: Finance Assistant**

**Experience Required**:2-4 Years

**Key Roles & Responsibilities**:
As a Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for:

- Maintaining accurate accounting entries accounting entries, reconciliation of all accounts, taxes, and other records up to date.
- Monitoring site-related financial activities daily
- Coordinating with operations for documentation and payment processing
- Generating Delivery Challans & E-way bills
- Assist in Monthly TDS working and preparing quarterly e-TDS returns
- TDS reconciliation with 26AS on a quarterly basis
- Assist in Monthly GST working and filing - GSTR1, GSTR3B, and B2B reconciliation
- Supporting PTRC payments & returns, Advance Tax, PTEC payments, etc.
- Verifying vendor invoices and supporting payments
- Assisting with accounts receivable & payable processes
- Managing e-invoicing, credit/debit notes, and MSME reports for ROC
- Supporting financial audits with the Accounts Manager
- Visiting clients to follow up on payments (as required)
- Performing other ad-hoc finance duties as assigned

**What We're Looking For**:

- 2-4 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
- Good understanding of TDS, GST, invoicing, and reconciliations
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting tools -Tally Prime
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management
- Willingness to take ownership and work independently
- Excellent communication and coordination skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
