**About the Role**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated **Finance Executive** with 1-2 years of relevant experience to support our finance and accounts operations. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and assisting in budgeting and analysis.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate records of daily financial transactions (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger).
- Process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and payments on time.
- Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors for financial audits.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare MIS reports for management review.
- Assist in improving financial processes and internal controls.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (MBA/CA Inter preferred).
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in accounting and finance.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks/ERP).
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
