-Certification in PSM I and SAFE (5.1 - better 6.х)
-Proficiency in Agile methodologies, Scaled Agile Framework, and Scrum Master principles
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
-Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging stakeholders at all levels
-Advanced language skills in English (Upper-Intermediate level or above)
