We're currently in search of a **remote Scrum Master** to join our team.

In this position, you'll take charge of driving product development and ensuring its successful delivery. Your expertise will come into play as you employ Agile and Scaled Agile Framework methodologies and foster collaboration across different departments. If you have a strong passion for product management, possess exceptional communication skills, and are fully committed to delivering top-notch results, we'd love to hear from you.
- responsibilitiesFormulate, update, and communicate the product vision and strategy to both the team and stakeholders
-Lead the product development process, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements
-Collaborate with various teams to ensure on-time product delivery while upholding high-quality standards
-Facilitate the use of Agile and Scaled Agile Framework methodologies, ensuring consistency with industry best practices
-Act as the Scrum Master, leading daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives
-Identify and manage project risks and issues, providing timely updates to stakeholders
-Monitor and report on key product metrics, ensuring that the product aligns with business goals
-Manage the product backlog, ensuring its accuracy and alignment with business priorities
-Ensure the team works efficiently and effectively by removing obstacles that may hinder productivity
-Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering their growth and development
- requirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
-Minimum of 8 years of IT experience with a solid background in software development
-At least 3 years of experience in product management or delivery management
-Experience in a leadership position in product development, managing engagements for teams with 20+ FTEs
-Certification in PSM I and SAFE (5.1 - better 6.х)
-Proficiency in Agile methodologies, Scaled Agile Framework, and Scrum Master principles
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
-Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging stakeholders at all levels
-Advanced language skills in English (Upper-Intermediate level or above)
