McGan’s Ooty School of Architecture is seeking a reliable and proactive Estate Incharge **(on site)** to oversee the campus infrastructure, maintenance, and daily estate operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain the college’s buildings, grounds, and infrastructure.
- Supervise maintenance teams (electrical, plumbing, housekeeping, gardening, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Monitor repairs, renovations, and contractor work.
- Maintain records of assets, maintenance schedules, and inventory.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Facility Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- **Minimum of 5 years experience** in estate or facility management, preferably in an educational institution.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of building systems, utilities, and preventive maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and handle emergencies efficiently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
