- The position / About the Job:

- The Product/ Application Expert - Service will be Responsible To support across all service business unit by focusing GPHE, WHE for profitable service sales growth by identifying market needs, competition analysis, competitiveness as well to enhance market share.
- The person should be responsible as a Product & Application Expert for thermal Business and as an expert, etc with a focus across all service business unit to drive new PHE Service offerings like Service Agreements, Upgrades, connected services, energy hunter program for profitable service sales growth by identifying market needs, potentials, gaps, competition, competitiveness, and market share as well manage customer / partners trainings.
- Product/ Application Expert - Service will be responsible for
- To support across all business unit by focusing GPHE, WHE for profitable service sales growth by identifying market needs, competition analysis, competitiveness as well to enhance market share
- Drive end to end Energy Hunter initiative & implement across service division
- Support Key account for Thermal Business. Drive Thermal Service initiatives such as connected service, Service agreement, Provide expert advice for trouble shooting of product related claims.
- Responsible for EHK service scope (Repair & Recondition, field service and service agreement) business growth
- As an expert, to drive, develop service business and product development for Thermal products.
- The person should be responsible as a Product & Application Manager for thermal Business and as an expert, etc with a focus across all service segments to drive new PHE Service offerings like Service Agreements, Upgrades, connected services for profitable service sales growth by identifying market needs, potentials, gaps, competition, competitiveness, and market share as well manage customer / partners trainings- What you can be
- Customer relations at Senior Level & Presentation and negotiating skills.
- Long term Relationship building basis mutual respect and trust.
- Engineering graduate with Mechanical / Chemical- The location
